Colocrossing alternative in Chicago? (colocrossing is worst datacenter in world)

Hello,

I never seen worst datacenter then Colocrossing, recently they start automatically nullrouting IPs for spamming and they even nullroute my main server IP.

There is no any spam activity on my server, I send a email to colocrossing and my server provider(no any fault of my server provider) but my problem is not resolved and even they did not reply on my email (Jon Biloh – cc) so I have decided to move my all servers to other provider(I am frustrated with false automated nullrouting system)

Please suggest good and reputed provider in Chicago, My requirement is:

4x 1TB HDD
24 to 32GB RAM
44 IPv4 IP Address
E3 Server (Single Physical CPU only)
1Gbps port
5TB to 10TB monthly bandwidth.
IPKVM/IPMI

If you are server provider then you can send your offer via support ticket(sorry if this is against WHT rules but I think there is no any rule violation if provider send offer via ticket)
